The Altistart 22 is Schneider Electric's economical soft starter, using torque control to smoothly start and stop three-phase motors. It is a practical step up from direct-on-line or star-delta starting, reducing mechanical shock and electrical inrush without the cost of a full drive.
With integrated bypass and motor protection, the ATS22 suits standard pump and fan duties where variable speed is not needed — a reliable, budget-friendly workhorse widely specified in Singapore panels.
