Island-wide delivery and self-collection of VSDs and soft starters across Singapore — with local stock so your project isn't held up waiting on overseas shipping.

We deliver variable speed drives, soft starters and related products across Singapore, with local stock on common ratings so panel builders and M&E contractors can keep projects moving. Below is how our delivery and self-collection works.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver island-wide across Singapore to project sites, panel-building workshops, contractor stores and office addresses. For time-critical orders, self-collection can also be arranged from our premises.

At present we focus on delivery within Singapore. If you need shipment to a regional project, contact us and we'll advise on options and lead times.

Order Fulfilment & Timelines

Orders placed online are fulfilled within 3 business days unless otherwise advised. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

  • In-stock items: many local-stock drives and soft starters can be delivered or collected within 1–2 business days — message us to confirm current availability for your exact model and rating.
  • Non-stock or project quantities: we'll give you an honest indicative lead time up front and keep you updated as the order progresses.
A note on order confirmation

An email acknowledging your order is not the same as acceptance. As set out in our Terms & Conditions of Sale, the contract is formed when we deliver the goods to you.

Self-Collection

Self-collection is available by prior arrangement and is often the fastest option for urgent items. Please confirm the collection date and time with us before coming down so we can have your order ready. Our registered office is at 12 Woodlands Square, Tower 1, #08-66, Singapore 737715.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, where applicable, depend on the order size, weight and delivery location. Any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed to you at the point of quotation or order confirmation, so there are no surprises. For trade and project accounts, delivery terms can be agreed as part of your quotation.

Site & Project Delivery

We regularly deliver to active construction and M&E project sites. To help delivery go smoothly, please provide clear site access details, a contact person on site and any specific delivery-window requirements when you place your order. Where your project also needs installation, testing and commissioning, we can coordinate delivery with our on-site scope — just let us know.

Inspection on Receipt

Please inspect your goods on delivery or collection. You will be asked to sign our Delivery Order / Acknowledgement when goods are delivered or self-collected, so please check the quantity and condition at that point — no claims for quantity shortage can be entertained after the Delivery Order has been signed.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.

Changes to Delivery

Please notify us immediately of any change to your delivery address, date or time of delivery, or contact number. As set out in our Terms & Conditions, changes to the delivery address, date or time after an order has been submitted may incur an administrative charge of S$10.00.

If goods are ready for delivery but cannot be delivered because appropriate instructions or site access have not been provided, storage and related costs may apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions of Sale for details.
